Doom had been featured on Jarel's brainchild Shape of Broad Minds and both are signed to LEX Records so a meeting of minds like this was bound to happen! People fiend for Doom beats and just brand new Doom anything, but the last time Doom had a project like this it was hailed as a classic! What's great about Key to the Kuffs is that it really challenges Doom for an entire album to conceptualize lyrics in an all new approach to Jneiro Jarel's production which more often than not is pretty ground breaking! It is both a familiar Doom and a side of him we've never seen before! With this album Jarel also solidifies his status as one of the best producers out there right now.
