| Formerly of Civil War with Infinity Gauntlet, Odessa Kane and Autopsy, South East San Diego rapper Pedalay's much delayed return shows marked improvement since splitting ties with his old crew after War Journals, follows up his Voodoo album with Issue #1. The comic book like appearance of the album is tied in well with the storytelling type themes from the album and sort of a pre-cursor to a planned comic book follow up in production. Better beat selection and a more refined flow help welcome Pedalay back to the scene with this release on local label Smoke Break Records.
