| With a hectic tour schedule and several projects in the works, producer Moshe and lyricist KGB found the time to somehow conjure up a collaboration, which started off as a side project and rapidly manifested into much more. Mostly known for their hip hop roots, the album is however inspired by a wide array of influences ranging from Portishead, Bjork, and The Doors, to Blonde Redhead and Black Moon. Touching on controversial subjects and content over dark production, the album plays out like a soundtrack to a movie. And It Was Dark features a special remix by Alias and guest appearances by Sontiago (of Scott Da Ross' Endemik Music label) and DJ Rew. For fans of Anticon! | |
