San Diego's very own Rudy Palos drops off the vinyl edition of his mostly down-tempo instrumental album Pedazos. Heavy on keys and soft background tones utilizing a lot of stutter step drums, the electronic jazz feel of this album is never overbearing and definitely a step in the right direction for the SD scene!
