Out of stock.

The third instrumental full length from producer Blockhead finds him incorporating more live instrumentation and turning out some pretty upbeat and danceable compositions. Probably his most diverse collection of beats yet, the music unfolds like the soundtrack to a film in the autumn of New York City. The imagery is undeniable and lush with melodic flourishes throughout the record, taking the listener on a quite enjoyable journey.

Produced and Arranged by Blockhead. Scratches on Tracks 1,4,6 and 12 by DJ Signify. Additional guitar, synth, bass guitar and production by Damien Paris, with additional drums by Andrew Totolos.

My favorite album by Blockhead is Music by Cavelight although I liked Downtown Science too. This album is very different than either of those. More upbeat, more energetic but I like it a lot. He even says something in the liner notes about "To my fans dissapointed in the upbeat feel of this album, dont worry, I'll get back to the moody depressed stuff of my past on my next project".

I liked it a lot though. If you like his stuff, definitely check this one.
