Me: Yes...
Him: Are you interested in us paying for college?
Me: No

I can't believe it. I know they pay for college but damn, they make it sound like it's some free offer with no strings attached. Anyone else getting this lately? The Navy called me last week too. Same shit.

I remember getting those offers nearly every week while I was in college. They were VERY tempting but fortunately I held them off.

I mean I've been in co. college for four years and that's a long time but what makes them think that I'm all the sudden gonna be on their tip. What's up with Seattle, it's cool to go to school there? My brother is in THe Navy, he hates the shit. He's stationed in Everett. He hates his job, he stays on the USS Ford and says it's like a homeless shelter!HA! He was str8 pro military too, four years of JROTCin high school. I guess he thought he knew what he wanted to!

I remember back in highschool/college I'd get those calls ALL THE TIME - at least once a week. If I was bored I'd just toy with them, debate war, govt, etc. - they seriously could not hold their end of the argument together and would end up hanging up on me! I figure if you're gonna call ME and bug ME then I'ma do my best to get under YOUR skin.

Seattle Central is one of the most diverse colleges in the nation. It recently one the "College of the Year" award by TIME Magazine. The UW is well known for medical, law, business and physics. Evergreen is about as progressive as you can get (no letter grades). There's other schools too. It's nice up here, but I'm looking to go to school in Cali.

Just remember, it's cloudy 3/4 of the year...
