Indeed, the show at Slim's was GREAT! I wasn't even planning on going but fortunately it wasn't sold out so I was able to get a ticket in at the last minute (first group was already up when I got there). I thought Exile and Fashawn were a great duo. I've seen Exile before and like his work, but this was my first time see Fashawn, and I think he's pretty good too. Mistah Fab was up next and he was able to work up the crowd pretty well, especially when Too Short came out and also when he performed Ghost Ride It. Next up was Grouch and DJ Fresh who absolutely killed it, performing a couple of his new songs as well as some of his songs from Show you the World. He also did his verses from some Living Legends songs which was cool. Bicasso was out for a good chunk of time and towards the end Zumbi and Amp Live came out and surprised the hell out of everybody, so they ended up performing some Zion I and the Grouch songs. As usual, The Grouch never disappoints and I can't wait to see him perform again. I brought my camera with me to the show so here are some flix. Sorry some of them are out of focus, I didn't have a lens with autofocus that night so I had to make due with what I had!

Enjoy...
