Diverse One A.M.

I know I've brought this up before but tonight I was surfin' the web when I came up on this article about the album. Is it me or was this guy high as hell when he reviewed the album. Kind of a low score don't ya think????

79% (4 out of 5 stars)

Low Score? Nah...sounds about right to me. Dope album, but it doesn't reach heights beyond 4 stars IMO.

the fool gave it a 79% thats not a 4/5. the album is mad fresh, if you take the time to really get into it and let it sink in its quite a treat, I constantly have it on rotation and enjoy it more and more every time. I would also give it a 4/5 too, i feel the lyrics born track isnt strong enough... not really feelin him. its a solid debut release! and yeah cant wait for that new album, shit needs to drop before people forget about that shit haha.

4/5 is 80% my friend. Think about it... What were you thinking it was?

Take the time? Dude, I've listened to this album a shit load of times. It's only a 4-star record to me, and no more. Sure, his tongue twisting rhymes could sustain the album's rhythm on their own. But his lyrics can often times be aimless as well. I'd be lying if I said all the tracks on here were fire. Lyrics Born's guest spot was hardly "Explosive". Overall the album suffers from sounding a bit "samey".

That said, it is a quality album and I enjoy it. I can see someone calling it a personal classic. But upon critical review, 79-80% (4/5) is a fair review.

I'll be peeping his new album for sure.

I was replying to the other dood. a 79% is not a 4/5 its a 3/5 or 3.5/5 however u wanna see it. so if u think way way back to ur junior high days. 80%+ will be that 4/5. the album is defninately not a 3/5.

math class is in session folks...haha the last two post are funny shit.

i still need to peep this album, and have only decide so after seeing everyone argue about the rating scale...

4 out of 5 i would say isnt bad... neither is 79%....hahaha. i was a physics major for a few years, so i had more than my fair share of math, and math is also the reason why i decided to change majors away from phyics... so i am not going to bring it up because it just gives me a handache even thinking about more math classes....

so is this album worth checking out... what would it compare too for starters? i am at work so cant peep his work yet...

oh yeah, only if i could score 79% on a differiential equations test.... i could have had the top score in the class.... hence why i decided to change majors.
