It depenhds on what you are using them for. I like corn more for enchilofdas and rolled tacos, but flour for buritos and shit like that...

corn...I think all the flautas I've had have always been made with corn tortillas?

the only time I have flour is if it's w/ a burrito, if I get a plate I get maiz, and use it like a fork like complete said.
