What I'm bumpin'
First let me say WHAT UP! This is my first post since moving from Austin/Houston TX...I know how powerful a good forum for all topics can be in the HiP HoP community, so I hope I am welcomed...I have been promoting and bookin shows for over a decade now, workin with ALL types of bands and I mean ALL! My first love has always the BEAT and the RHYME, and not to mention my last name from birth is Rapp. Since my wife, daughter, and I moved out here 2 years ago I have united with SD's finest dj's, promoters, club owners, and overall great people and supporters, so I feel right at home and I thanks them for that! SAE WHAT?, MADA, ARCHAIC, ILLESTRATED, BURNS-1&2, DJ SiN, RAS JUAN, AWOL ONE, 2meX, sluggo&murs, LEGENDS, HIERO, these are a few of the people I am bumpin right now...and if you want to bump some <AWOL ONE> LIVE this FRIDAY THE 13th w/ illestrated visionairies (SAE WHAT?,ABOMB,illestrated,BURNS-1,and special guests to be announced) @ The Honeybee Hive Friday april 13th 2007 9pm $7...this was a last minute show that opened up for us and AWOL was down wit it being FRIDAY the 13th and all...he said he bringing projectors and shit. Hi Abomb,
Good to see another Texan around here. I'm in New York now but I used to work for Freescale (as a legal rep) down in Austin. The Inc., Records (formerly Murder Inc.) is looking to fill the position of lead promoter/organizer for Southern California before we start planning our West Coast tour. Let me know if you have anyone who is qualified and interested. Dependence on level of experience the base pay may be up to six figures plus a cut of profits.
