Has anybody else heard about this $5,000 rap contest?

Has anybody else heard about this $5,000 rap contest? My cousin was tellin me about it so I went to the website. Some magazine is throwin a contest where you get 15 tracks, you get a chance to get on a big album, and you can win $5,000 for a $35 registration fee. If anyone one else has heard about this let me know, or check the website out too. Its www.thebeatgame.com, it seems legit but I jus want some other people's opinion before I sign up.
