i don't really dig the festival scene. i'd rather pay more to see them each seperately. the big day out idea just kills the show for me.

You have my sympathies.

Sounds like a good show, but I don't think I'll wanna deal with the crowd or Concord.

Yeah, if I was you I'd probably be there.

Isn't it kind of a bitch to get there? As I recall it ain't close to BART... I'd have to take the damn County Connection, which is probably the worst mode of public transportation I've ever been on.

I'm kinda surprised the Pavilion is having this show after all the shootings and what not at that Nas concert years back.

yeah,if you you are coming from out of town it can be a bitch, especially,if you plan on using public transportation like you said....its on the outskirts of concord, closest bart station would probably be the pittsburg station which is probably 15-20 mins away,so you would be forced to bus the last leg.nothing really out there except housing, then a pavillion on the side of a hill out of nowhere....not the best venue in the world. was surprised they chose it for a show like this. its usually reserved for washed up acts,or bands that our parents would go see

Yeah I went to my old girl's brother's HS graduation there, and I wanna say I went to a show there too but I can't remember what it was so maybe not... but yeah there's bound to be some drama out there between the crowd and the heat- anybody going might as well treat it like Coachella and bring all the water you can carry because it'll be hot as fuck out there.

yeah if they actually let you bring it in!!!

but yeah i agree with nick ... i like smaller venues way better.

nothing ruins a set more than fat sweaty stank ass heffers leanin on you and tryin to push their drunk ass way up to the front stumblin all over cuz the hos bout to pass out from heat exhaustion.
