what if i win a bid and then i change my mind and dont want it anymore. should i just not buy it or is this gonna get me blacklisted from ebay?

I would e mail the person and tell them you had a change of mind and you did not want it anymore. More than likely the person will understand and won't leave negative feedback. If they don't understand then don't pay for it and bite the bullet for one bad feedback.
