Papers?

Here in Southern California, as some of you may know, there is a public service announcement from the mexico board of tourism that is currently being played amongst commercials on stations like power 106, and 90.3 in san diego. Theres two guys, one is like "Whatchu need man?", and the other one is like "Do you have any papers?" and the guy is like "Yeah I got some good stuff man". Then it goes into the whole psa garbage like "people don't know the dangers of papers, bla bla bla, you will go to jail, or worse, lose your life, bla bla..."

So my question is... what the fuck is "papers"? Is this some new drug that I'm not familiar with?? I'm sure someone up in here knows what the hell they're talkin about, so can yall fill me on this? Thanks.

and know that most of the illegal immagrants are from Mexico and that fake immigration papers CAN be dangerous to acquire. The people that manufacture and sell fake papers know that they got more than just 1 up on their customers - they can easily report their potential customers to immigration and get the deported, so they take advantage of this fact and often have the customer do illegal things (maybe a drug drop for example) prior to receiving their papers. THAT'S how you can go to prison or die trying to acquire illegal papers.

i think the guy in the commercial was like "yeah man, this stuff will have you flying high" or something like that, so i don't think they're talkin about immigration papers. and rolling papers aren't illigal, so that doesn't make sense either.

has anyone else heard this on the radio?

I would've assumed they were talking about immigration documents as well, but from what you're saying t-harms maybe they're stressin about spiked/dipped rolling papers? Is sherm makin a comeback in the 05?
