just got back from polar express
it was pretty good. the animation is super detailed. only a few of the scenes had the cinematography (animatography?) i was hoping for throughout the movie. i was touched at the ending though (no homo).
BTW, i saw the preview for that new jim carrey one with a long name and it looks pretty ill. it reminded me of a labrynth-type movie (crazy childrens fantasy).

But then there's a moment like tonight, a profound and transcendent experience, the feeling as if a door has opened, and it's all because of that instrument, that incredible, magical instrument.

BTW, there's this other kids movie with a racing zebra that's got jimmy castor bunch in the sdtrk. i was like what! tight.
