GS Warriors

http://images.usatoday.com/sports/nb...e-warriors.jpg

6 in a row, baby! Even at .500! 30 wins, 30 losses. I can't remember the last time this squad was at .500 after the All-Star break.

The team is on fire right now, playing hard and doing the things necessary to win. They're kicking the shit out of the Eastern Conference and winning crucial games at home. Only two games behind Phoenix for that eighth and final spot. The future is bright for The Bay's hoops team.

I've never been to a playoff basketball game... maybe this year I just may get a chance to attend!

big ups to the warriors...

but, look out for the sonics...

yea i kno they're still pretty much out of it, but ever since that trade they've become a totally different team...one that i'd thought shoulda been the case in the beginning of the season...

i think what allen brought to that team was consistent scoring, and under seattles bare bone offensive schemes, he's pretty much the only main option...and i doubted him bein' there at first, but now he's obviously a good fit...i jus' still wonder how the sonics woulda fared out if all their guys stayed healthy during mid-season...

as for the race for the final spot between warriors and rockets...i think warriors got it...cuz the rockets have played too many close games and overtimes, that by now, u'd think they'd stretch themselves too thin...i guess we'll jus' have to wait n' see...warriors are on a roll now and they're havin' fun...

western 8th spot...hopin' it's the sonics, but it'll prolly be warriors...

Thank God they have a team worth watching again. I don't neccesarily mind when they suck as long as they're entertaining, like in Sprewell's breakout year when Bob Lanier was interim coach and David Wood was dunking on fools. I loved that team. Now that they have a decent coach again and appear to draft players based on their talent instead of their GPA, there's hope in Oaktown. The Warriors were the Bengals in tank tops for a while there...

Umm, hate to tell you this, but the Suns are sitting in 8th and I have serious doubts that they'll fall out of it and the Warriors (over the Rockets) jump into that spot...not to rain on your parade or anything. I mean it IS great to see the Warriors beating all the teams I hate. They still have several tough games against the West. Although you never know, maybe they do make it in...

Phoenix and Houston are 3-7 in their last 10 games, GSW are 7-3
Idunno, but if they keep those paces GS is gonna surprise some people and make the Playoffs
I doubt it tho....
I can't wait for Utah to stop showing up...

Yeah, it's nice to see the West's "bad" teams beating up on the East's elite! Your Clips gave me a scare the other night in Portland, but we toughed it out. Now hopefully the Blazers can get dirty in Phoenix - I hate Phoenix SO much, always have, always will.

I will support the blazers when they play phoenix

I will probably try and get ten dollar tix for the phoenix game next week. That game is gonna be huge, playoff implications involved for sure. Yea right now phoenix is the enemy.

yea..the clips have given numerous teams a 'scare' this year..but just cant seem to pull it through down the stretch(read: 4th quarter)..
we have blown 21 games after leading going into the 4th quarter..thats ridiculous!..ohh well, ive been a fan all my life, so i should be used to it..

donald sterling must die!
