def jux is a talented label, they got sick producers and emcees so this sounds like itll be good, its east hookin up with the west and im feeling it
if youre gonna hate dont reply
murs over el producto's beats, thats gonna be sumfin else man. The track murs did with lif on Jux was hot and I have a good feeling bout murs being a jukie. This is gonna be a real change from 'Varsity Blues' but its gonna be a nice change. I think we're gonna hear more of the old angry murs :)

Personally, I think El-P is a racist piece of shit.
Which is kind of ironic, because I'm sure whites make up most of his fanbase.
Down here, not many black dudes ever heard of El-P and most hate his style and sound...

i dont know if ill feel it as much as all his other shit but i fully back him up and all the other artists that are bringing all this shit to ONE. thats what its all about. get down with anybody you feel, thats how shit is supposed to be done. i appreciate it when more and more people are bridging the east to west gap. more power to Murs. peace.

He has repeatdly stated in his rhymes that white emcees have no place in Hip-Hop.
I just find it funny, but tasteless.

^^^i dont think youre 'breaking anything new' to ironlung. almost everyone and their mom knows el-p is a whitey. thats why ironlung 'finds it funny'.
i think.. i hope (i don't want to jinx it) this def jux album does for him what Amerikka's Most did for Cube. i'm actually more interested in hearing the Shock G tracks then the El P ones. I think shock G is one of the most slept on producers in music.. i dunno.. maybe it's the fact that folks hate on the keyboard beats, but dude can actually play, like really play..not on some 2 index fingers doin chopsticks melodies over a beat thinkin it's tight shit....as far as elp is concerned.. he's white..he knows he's white..he knows white people listen to his shit...he's got white people on his label...if anything, he's just sick of the people biting hm, just like the legends are sick of the people biting them..

Murs will rock shit no matter what the sound...
i got a promo copy of the whole album with the annoying promo bot. i can't wait for this album to drop. it sounds hella dope. i'm feeling track 15 called 'god damn' a lot. the lyrics are dope. the way murs tells a story and describes shit along with the beat is dope. i expect it to be a solid album with el-p behind the boads.
