yeah i knew vicodin was no joke when i got the perscription.. that's why i rotated my meds.... every other night it would be vicodin... then, motrin.... and only late at night right before going to sleep. once the first bottle wore off, i got another prescription.. but i never even got it filled.

My workers comp doc started me on ultram.... then Darvocet, then Vicodin. He said i was abusing them so he cut me off.

It got so outta hand that i was ordering them online. Spending unspeakable amounts of money on them.... going through 120 Vicodin ES's in a matter of 15 days. I was eating 13 or 14 a day.

I'd wake up, pop 4... then at lunch, i'd eat 4 more, and then after work i'd eat anywhere from 4-7..... it was BAD. Then, i tapered off and got down to one a day, and STILL had VICIOUS w/d's after it was all said and done.

I'm SO thankful i was able to get off them though for real. It wasn't like they were ruining my life, but you know your fucked up when you have to take them just to feel normal.
