So im chilling in a record store across the street from the venue where vast/bro ali/immortal tech concert is.....along comes vast.

We began talking, i told him the new album was fire...I asked him if he wanted to smoke. He replies "how much you got", told him an 1/8. He wanted to buy it ALL..after a minute of going "how bout a 40?, aight how bout a 30?, aight how bout a 20?!?" I said shit man i want some to blaze to!, so he is like i will lace you with a bunch of vinyl for a 20...so we walk over to his van and he gives me a couple of his singles, and 2 of his new full lengths (if anyone wants to buy a signed full length of his new lp let me know) and a few cd's.....

then we walk down to where i was parked....some stupid kids ask him while we are walking if he knows where they can get some weed, fucking morons (i saw them at the show later, i guess they had no idea of who he was)..anyways my 2 homie's are chilling in the car, when they see me walking down with vast....so iam like aight hop in and i can get this shit....Not sure how many of you have seen vast in real life but the dude is ENORMOUS...freal...so iam driving a fairly small car, so i crank my seat up as far as i can....he could barely squeeze in... I look back, his thighs were as big as my little homie chilling in the back...funny shit....anyways we blaze, drink some, and converse for a good 20 minutes (told me bout the new cann. ox)...he is fucking down to earth, and chill as fuck, and a funny dude......I hope the colorado chronic did him some good.....

anyways, the show was aight....the crowd in boulder is at its lowest point its ever been, a bunch of fucking 12 year old prep fucks.....iam hesitent to go to another show down there ever again...its that bad. Immortal was raging, yelling at the sound man, and going off about the "undercovers" at the show...lmao...


iam done rambling now.

go buy the new vast aire cd.

BKone, Brother Ali and I. BKone was mad cool we talked forever while he was packing the van. He asked me to help him bring some boxes inside the van and I did and he gave me his CD(even though i have had it for like 2 years now) for helping him out!

almost forgot. the show was hot! it was 21 and older here in portland so that made it much better! no little kids getting all hectic. yeah it wasn't as packed as i thought it would be but good especialy on a saturday show.


I actualy thought Imortal Technique threw just as good of a set or better than brother ali this time around:eek: Brother Ali played basically the same exact songs in the same order even the
beat box with the same beat all the exact same way/style when he came into town a couple months back with ATmos. I thought he should have changed it up a little.

I missed the show here in Seattle, which kidan pisses me off. I've never seen vast or immortal in concert, but I know that Ali throws one of the best live performances. Funny dude too.

he was selling records to the guy in the shop, and the dude was like "who are you"...he replied vast aire from cannibal ox....so i said and there not broken up.....and he said yea alot of rumors have been going around but some new shit will be out soon....


funny thing was the guy in the shop, once he found out it was vast, was like "my boss really likes your music can you sign this cd?" hahaha, then he was like his name is "andy"....i bet you he was andy, like shit i need to get this guys sig.!!!
