APRIL 28 UPDATE:
Street Legendz DVDs arrived at Access this afternoon. This time, the DVD plays correctly. Pre-orders and replacement copies for people who were shipped the defective version are going in the mail later this afternoon.
APRIL 27 UPDATE:
We expect the Street Legendz DVDs to arrive here tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon. If there are no unexpected problems this time, pre-orders will get in the mail mostly on Thursday.
APRIL 12 UPDATE:
We've put up a April 27 release date for the Street Legendz DVD (our best estimate when the corrected DVDs will be ready). It could be sooner. It looks like everyone concerned knows exactly what the problem was and what they need to do to correct it.
We'll keep holding the orders we've received on llcrew.com and accesshiphop.com. For anyone whose order included other items along with the Street Legendz DVD, we'll ship everything else on your orders tomorrow (Tuesday), and then we'll ship the DVD separately when we get the corrected version.
APRIL 8 UPDATE:
The problem with the Street Legendz DVD seems to be deeper than it looked yesterday, and nobody is sure how long it will take to make the corrected DVDs. We are not accepting new orders until we obtain and test the replacement DVDs. Everyone whose DVDs have already shipped will get replacements, or they can request a refund. Orders received but not shipped yet will be held for the replacement DVDs, or can be cancelled. (If it takes too long to get the replacement DVDs, we'll void people's credit card transactions.)
The original DVD seems to work fine on some types and brands of DVD players, but it doesn't work at all on other players. Anyone who already received the DVD is welcome to keep it if it works on their player, and they can replace it with a new one eventually if they want.
