I thought he was an old school singer from the 80's who got popular again when outkast and others sampled his hook n shit...

but then i saw him in a video and he looks like a young dude...maybe i am confusing him with some one else...

Sleepy Brown has been down with OutKast since the Southernplayalistic... days. He sung the hook on Player's Ball and a gang of other OutKast tracks over the years. He's original first generation Dugenon Family.

Sleepy Brown been part of Organized Noize the production team since the early days... I think he had a solo project out with his own band or something some years back i remember something maybe called Sleepys Theme.... also Sleepy's Pops was part of the legendary band "Brick" I think his pops is on the cover of that dope album with that song "Brick House"... thats a lil background on sleepy...

I am not trying to hate but I was undr the impression that "Brickhouse" was a Commadores song...
