it was cool.... i was tired, so i wasnt all hyped up during the show or anything.... g4 represented, and i was definitely feeling egadz's set, or whoever else it was that was doing the instrumental shit; that shit was dope....

it was cool for only 10 bucks.
i wish qwel did more shit off of pawn shop tho.
he did the abortion song and t.h.c. (i'm pretty slow cuz i never realized that song was about weed). and maybe a couple others. thay all seemed kinda over it. maybe cuz they got in a fight the night before or they were all drunk for mestizo's b-day but they weren't all that hype. but neither was I. oh well, you could say i expected more but was satisfied enough.

egadz was ok. him and kechup seem to play the same shit everytime. incorporating the live elc. piano was cool. i don't know what egadz does exactly. he looked like he was just playing shit on his computer. i couldn't really see though.

i was bummed on my hometown. 2 guys from o'side played with evs and i wasn't feelin them. zero stage presence and i don't need to here kids spit lines from their sociology 101 textbooks over weak beats. sorry

Egadz besides having made some of the beats (beforehand), was playing his yamaha piano (while android played the rhodes piano), as well as freaking his drum machine every now and then (while kechup dj'd and also worked the mpc)

i dunno....maybe it's cuz i haven't seen the set before but i thought it was really fresh....it's rare in san diego you see people getting creative like this on stage...i mean i haven't seen MHE yet, but besides them i haven't seen something like this....i'm not saying it's never been done ever, but as of late i need more than mc's rappin to get me hype...and those beats were DOPE!

plus when they played the Zelda theme i flipped out...

anyway i thought the show was dope...but i had been there since like 7 o clock so i was dead tired at about 11pm....but galapagos ripped it in my opinion...i didn't really see any of that half effort..they kept going even after people started walki away and thought the show was over!

anyways i had a good time....

wow, i really wished i had gone now. i LOVE it when artists incorporate live shit like using the mp or keys like at the acey show. did any group have special goodies strictly limited to the tour that i missed?
