I was curious what hip hop groups or artists you like that aren't well known (Legends, Hiero, Anticon etc.). Perhaps some friends of yours that record prolifically or perform around Northern California... I've been to countless hip hop shows, house parties and what not and I am always on the lookout for fresh talent. School me.
Some shit I dig that you (meaning the massive) probably never heard of:
The Good People (MC Generous, Skully, etc.)
Heart, Life & Soul
Sisterz Of The Underground / The Greens
LT the Friendly Traveler
Rebels of Rhythm
The Cawz

anticon aint bay shit. if anything, they disgrace the bay for claiming it as their home.

Anyways these are cats I like from the bay
Thunderhut/Slacker 9 crew (Ex I, TofuMonger, Atomik,Roch,Dirt Bag Dan, and a whole bunch of other heads. They represent the south bay real nice)
Then you got Methods Applied from fairfield, I just met these folk, they are dope as shit.
Okwerdz and Stratus are two dope emcees, also cool people.
The crew that Oraku Saki is in, do not know the name of his crew but from what I heard, his crew is kinda sick.
Shamako is still putting it down
Tightrope Walkers are tight (Fredo, Swarm, and Drake)

yes i know this, they are from maine/canada and those whereabouts.. people generally associate them with "underground" hip hop i was just using them in that context, technical bastard... you people are so anal i swear.
also if you list any real underground shit, if possible say where we can pick up some of their material or maybe where we can check them out at... (do they host weeklys, etc..)

Oh shit, you were at JC's that night?? That was a gang of fun and I got a lot of that recorded too. I don't know if you bought me a drink on New Year's though cuz I wasn't at INK, but I was at the Monkey Bar so maybe I did run into you. Twelves has the new album on deck now. What's up with J-Ross? Tell him to holla at me....
