i like where you're going with it, the music accompaniment is nice, but your delivery sounds a little forced or maybe a bit too pronunciated..like you're reading a report in class or trying to use too many big words (even if they aren't big words, the way you deliver them sounds like someone trying to use big words)

oh and btw, i don't know if it was just cause i chose the lo-fi, but i had to turn the sound waaaay up to hear it..so you might try making the next song louder!

I don't have speakers, so i can't say much, but i can elaborate on evs's point a little:

Don't record anything until you have it memorized. If you have to read your verse while recording, it's gonna sound like you're reading it. memorize it. Read it until you hate it, then record it, so it's like second nature.

I think it sounds a little too forced and deliberate like Evs said. I expect it would sound better if you practice reciting it. The music sounds aboriginal American to me. Makes me picture someone reciting it by a fire at night.

Yea thanks for the advice I appreciate it...

I hear you on pronounciating too forcely, I just want the lyrics to come off clear I guess.......And I try to adjust the levels so you dont have to turn your volume to the max to listen to it, but when I turn the levels up the static turns up as well....fukin static!!
Anyone know anything about adjusting levels??
I have the master volume, track 1 volume, 3EQ's, 2 aux channels, ect....

Anyone have any suggestions on what to turn up what to leave ect??
