I Don't Liek It, I Know Ima Get Hate about This But I Truthfully Think That This Is Just Like A Mainstream Album, He Talks About meaningless Things...His Shoes...women..and then acts hard on one track like all the mainstream shit u hear, i just think that he's stopped using metaphores and just says what he's sayin, just lazy u know, this is just my opinion, are yall feelin it?

i think all those topics, shoes and women, are meant to be metaphorical. like how lucy ford is suppose to be lucifer, and that its about all the evil shit in his life. not that i'm trying to super-analyze his shit, but i think that he makes his lyrics metaphors from what he actually says. true, i didnt feel his lyrics as much as his previous albums, but i think ant's beats are some of his best on this album.

By mainstream I thought you would mean the fact that the album is being advertised everywhurr and such, benches etc. I haven't heard the album full length, but yeh I dig the beats so far.

the beat on 'always coming back home to you' is probably the sickest beat i've ever heard. ever. they worked that guitar instrumental perfectly into the beat. some amazing work by ant.

I think you're right about his lyrics being metaphors.
Seven's is my favorite Atmosphere release yet. I think. It seems more angry than their other albums...and it's so different from the others.

I don't think it is as good as Lucy Ford or God Loves Ugly. It's a decent album.
However track two, "Trying to find a balance", is my shit. In the days of kings and queens I was a jester...
i'm feelin the album... there are moments where i think "damn.. does he think he's eminem now?" .. but really.. it's a pretty solid album.. not the best, but i can play it for folks who don't even listen to atmosphere, and they dig it. good songs.. and yeah..just some good hiphop beats.

I think he changed his name to Rek The Heavyweight, but I may be wrong because my sources aren't really reliable because they tend to be high 80% of the time.
^ ....yea thats what it was...

You know, I got some Eminem vibes from the album, from Brother Ali's verse on Cats Van Bags, I think Ali has an Em-ish voice. If you like that track, you should check out Shadows of the Sun, Brother Ali's latest release...it's pretty tight.

really? i was getting more of a pharaohe monch vibe from ali's verse.. but that's probably cuz i'm constantly comparing and contrasting various things.
