Dallas gets - Antwan Jamison and Bob Sura
Warriors get - Walt Williams and Raef Lafrentz
True or not true? If true, would the warrior fans (myself included) get a little pissy?
I grew up watching the Warriors, and I also love to watch the Mavs, so it's a tough call, we'll just have to wait and see!
check espn.com and see if its official. or perhaps both teams are still in discussion. in time we will see...
anyone here that cnn.com post claiming that 50 cent and jay-z died?? i hope they catch whom ever did that. cus 50 cent called in on the Howard Stern show this morning. lol

hahaha
jay-z & 50 cent aren't dead. that was just a fake website... not even an official cnn.com affiliate.
there is a webpage (which i can't show you right now because i'm at school) that allows you to generate fake cnn.com pages, and they look real... they even have all the links to go with it. it's pretty trippy how you can generate very realistic yet fake news.... but don't cry everyone, jay-z and 50 cent are not dead hah.

That's not just a rumor, it's an outright lie.
That trade can't exist because it violates the salary-cap/Collective Bargaining Agreement. Even though the salaries on each side may match up (within 15% of each other), Jamison is a base-year compensation player, meaning his salary counts less even though he may sign for more (if he hasn't already). Therefore the Warrior salaries will be out of that 15% range.
You'll have to come up with some other deal that alleviates the Mavs' fear of the Lakers. :p

Golden St should have picked Stoudamire over either, but that's hindsight. I always felt Gooden was one of the safer picks in the draft, certainly better than Dunleavy. DO NOT draft Duke players.
Looks like this is a good trade for both teams. Jerry West has always been high on Welsch and he'll work wonders with the extra draft pick. And let's face facts; Cohan's only motivation for doing a trade is getting rid of Fortson's contract. Only Donald Sterling is cheaper.

Yeah, Portland is right there too - worst trades/picks ever! We traded for Kemp! We didn't pick Jordan! But it's all good right now - #3! Second best road record!
