hardly! they put out a bunch of freshness after 36 chambers. all their solos, forever, the swarm, side projects, etc. a few of them are still keepin' it raw, rebel ins, gza. it doesn't surprise me that meth wants to leave, they're all drifting towards solo careers anyways.

Crack is being smoked in the dooz and seak households. Wu-Tang did their best work AFTER 36 Chambers.
Cuban Linx
Liquid Swordz
Tical
ODB's album
Wu Tang Forever
Ironman
Supreme Clietele
You could say they fell off after Wu Tang Forever and I'd agree with you, although Ghostface still reps and GZA is still dope, but has a bad ear for beats imo.

Cappadonna's in Baltimore driving cabs......Dirt McGirt's on the Roc......well, its another one to add to the list
so does odb signing to the roc automatically mean he's not in the clan any longer? i ask this because as i remember it.. that's how the wu took over the industry.. each (most) of them signed to a major record label (loud, def jam, geffen, etc) with strong urban music departments, but for the most part, they featured the wutang symbol in its various forms on their album covers.. many of them made cameo appearances on r&b female singers singles (mariah, swv, mary j, davina, etc) .. usually these cameos would be totally unrelated to the actual song and have a wutanger throwing in a wutang reference.. whether it was planned or coincidental.. i thought it was genius.

They've come out and said Dirty is still Wu, and RZA will be producing some of his stuff.
I don't even listen to 36 Chambers anymore... but Wu Tang Forever, Ironman, Cuban Linx, Bobby Digital, and Killarmy's first album are all absolute classics. Liquid Swords too, but it's all so slow... Pinky Ring, Gravel Pit and Protect Your Neck (The Jump Off) are all bangers too.
Has anybody heard the second Bobby Digital album? I think I'm gonna cop it next time I see it...

Well, I really meant the chain of events happening within the who Wu-Tang Clan. I heard about Rza contributing to Dirt McGirt's album. Its just the Wu has been going through it. And the cats that catch it the worst are the ones who aren't as well known as the others (example: U-God).

not too mention the fact that masta killa's shit never dropped. killah priest's second album was wack as fuck. la the darkman's shit was cool. baretta 9 and killa sin have solos out i think. my fav. from killarmy was shogun assasin though. IMO, the wu got TOO GREEDY. too many members/side projects. who knows though, maybe they'll come back stronger in a few years. i hope so.
