Where is the Cypher?

(if you could be a little specific , I am not too familiar with SD)
[basically spot name and street on would be great plus sect of SD)

shifty, do you attend the cypher a lot? i haven't been able to make it for a while now but i used to be going every week a few months ago. that place is good times.
