This place is a capoiera school during the day but every second and fourth friday(this friday) they have a dance hall thats reggae and funk. The dj at the tables has a good selection. He's got his own store on bowditch called Funky Riddms Records. If yall are tired of big ass Amoeba and Rasputins, check this place out. Yeah but that Capoiera Cafe is pretty chill and there is always a good crowd. If you all want to hit it up its on Addison near Shattuck downtown Berkeley. Its 5 bucksto get in, 18 and up.
