It's always a tough list to make. But I figured it'd be fun.

RULES: List your top 20 emcees. Not producers (unless they rap) or groups (ex. Outkast is not a rapper. Big Boi or Andre 3000 are). Do not make an objective list. Keep it personal and show everyone your true tastes.

Nice list. B-Real could have made mine. Especially with that excellent solo he released this year. Surprised to see inspectah deck & OC mostly. They are good, just not classic makers to me. Actually the Tame One too, but now that I'm looking I had no idea he had that many solo records. I've always loved the two Artifacts albums.

Only one I'm not feeling at all is Eminem. And to a lesser extent Jay-Z & The Game. I'm probably in the minority though, so no disrespect, just my 2¢. Thanks for posting.

Eagle's list! Where to begin...are these in order?

POS #1? Then Aesop Rock #2? Man, this entire list is underground...lol. Out of all these, the only one I'm not feeling much is Vast Aire. I like Can Ox and some guest spots around the time, but I have either grown out of his sound, or don't like his solo work...or both. He's good though. Honestly surprised to see Slug on there. I listen to Slug enough to put him in my top 60-70 or so, but I just don't objectively feel he's that great of a rapper. But I can't front, I bump a lot of Atmosphere. Ali should have been above him....lol...surprised to see Blu too, a little. He's just so new. Chali 2Na is an interesting choice. Can't say I don't dig him...he's always dope. I gotta hear that new one soon. Again, just my opinion....dope list!

1) They are not in any order, but yeah POS is still #1.
2) Listen to that Mighty Joseph album with Vast Aire.
3) Slug has to be on there.
4) That new Chali 2na album is fucking niiiiice.

if your referring to Deuces Wild than I know what you mean. But Look Mom no Hands, Cannibal Ox Cold Vein and Mighty Joseph with Karneige are all 4-5 star albums imo. Only Deuces Wild falls short of his other releases which I felt was a 2 star album at best.
