Blu & Exile - below the heavens - cd out of print?

So I want to get this on cd but I can't find it anywhere. Tried emailing the label, no good, got delivery notification failure. Are there any plans for a rerelease? I know I can get it from Itunes but I prefer a physical cd.

Sound In Color owns the rights and seems to be totally inactive, showing no interest in doing anything.

..just buy one off Ebay for $100, haha, jk, rumor has it SIC is gon be rereleasing it eventually on cd AND vinyl, bout a year ago I was told that. here goes "Her Favorite Colo(u)r" if you don't have it yet, some free ish Blu put up a couple months ago... Disco Dynamite video soon.

Yeah, it's rather stupid IMO. The hype has died down and they kind of missed the bus on all the hype. If they would have got it re-released in early '08 (or if it never went out of print), the album would have made a much bigger impact on the hip-hop climate and would have sold much better. We'll see if heads even care (some will obviously) when it's re-released.
