Nas new album was supposed to be titled Ni**er, but the label made him change it.
he said he wanted to make a stand regarding the Dom Imus remarks. i dont know, i thought the original title was crazy, you have all these white kids going to the cd store asking for the new nas record titled...

It's probably for the best that the album title changed. Let's face it, Nas is no Chuck D or KRS-One (read: revolutionary artist). Many people don't look to Nas for the type of wrenching political commentary it would have seemed would be on the record. He's probably better off playing it safe.
