i recently got my first ipod (i'm working on running water and cable) and was shuffling through my collection when i came across "o.s.t." during a long drive...

the entire album is a goldmine for bangin beats. made a mind-numbing drive worthwhile.

PUTS are definitely dope. i only have OST and Stepfather. I have been trying to get their older CD's but havent ordered anything off the net in a bit and you are lucky to find anything hip hop in Memphis trust me. Of their older CDs which is your favorite???

I went to nashville last weekend to see kottonmouth kings. And one of my friends lives up there now and we went to visit him. He had bought all the albums since last time i saw him. I made him listen to acid raindrops while we were tripping once and he was hooked. So now I have all 5 of the albums. I am so glad those are great cds. The next step is dope but i really like question in the form of an answer. They are one of my favorite groups just so mellow and smooth

If any yall wanna see 1 reason why Dilla was so dope and what seperated him from other cats, listen to his flip of Gap Mangione and then listen to PUTS version....Dilla kills em, their version sounds weak compared to, they did do justice to the shit Pete Rock flipped though..and what up w/PUTS hating on Madlib? I heard some ish like that...something like "no loop digger in my city" or something like that, I never paid it too much attention, it was mentioned a few times in conversation...anybody know any history behind that?

I think they were actually dissing Kankick, there were a couple of lines here and there, I have no clue what it was over though.
