amerikkkas most gets my vote. though maybe DC was a viciously focused album, I think AMWs energy, mainly brought by cube's top of his game lyrics and flows keeps this album as cube's best and a true rap classic.

^^^That's my joint right there, but "Death Certificate" is a VERY close 2nd. If you're talking about an LP that is signature Ice Cube, I would have to say "Death Certificate." "Amerikkas Most" is a better LP in my opinion, but Ice Cube didn't really come into his element and find his sound/groove till "Death Certificate." Both are bananas!!!! "You Can't Fade Me" is one of my favorite Cube joints of all time.

I agree. I always liked AMW more.

I was watching one of Atmosphere's "Paint It Gold" episodes when they were debating about these 2 albums. Slug thought "DC" was better and Ant thought "AMW" was better. Ant sold it the best - "AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted was 'N.W.A meets Public Enemy'". I couldn't agree more this this comparison. Slug's response was "Death Certificate is Ice Cub meets... nobody - Ice Cube meets Ice Cube". It could be argued either way, but AMW gets my vote.
