Well, if MaDukes did infact buy that H2, I don't see what all the fuss is about. But if they investigate and find out that a booster paid for that ride, heads will most likely roll. Fortunately, the drama won't come back to LeBron, unless he completely denies the alligations... then he may just be finding himself in front of a jury faster than he can say Chris Webber.

No, the first pick doesn't necessarily go to the league's worst record. It'll be between the worst five teams, with the scrubbiest squad getting the best odds of winning the first pick. Though, I have an NBA conspiracy theory about all this. The pick will go to whichever lottery team the NBA wants it to.

The NBA is doing a "live" televised draft this year to put everyone's mind at ease regarding the draft conspiracy (though I still think it can - and will - be rigged). Also, I believe that the team with the worst record has NEVER received the first pick - I may be wrong, but I know that it's very rare.
