Pants, I guess I just didn't know enough about him nor did I think
he really fit the bill of Stones Throw artists. But, so far...
everything that's been released of his has blown me away. So throw
on you space suits and get ready to ride your bicycle to the moon...
this one is headed forouter space. Corny-80's electo-funk with
trippy disembodied vocals, there is no other way to explain it
except that I truly believe this guy was frozen a few decades ago in
some kind of cryochamber and was later thawed out and revived by
Peanut Butter Wolf. Weird...I mean word!

Kanser - Future Retro Legacy CD

After a brief hiatus due to focus on other projects, Unicus, New MC
(Zach Waters) and DJ Elusive return for the seventh full length
album from Kanser! The Minneapolis trio gets help on production for
the entire album by Unknown Prophets member Big Jess with heavy
influences from 70's funk, soul and rock for its "retro" feel. This
is one of the groups most realized albums to date, a newly seasoned
and mature effort just in time for Spring.

appeared on tracks with Buck 65, Anti-MC and Break Bread must be
having a blast with the opportunity to delve into such taboo avenue
of what I'm calling House-Hop...it's funky, awkward and electronic-y.
