Del's album drops and nothing as far as news for the rest of the crew. The only thing on the horizon is Opio in April. What is going on with the crew. Time for an update for the masses. Pep Love? Souls? New Hiero album? Casual Return of the Backpack? DEL and C7 LED? Phes Rock? Whats the status of these projects?

Yeah, and Hiero please give us something more than "they in progress"
When are they expected to hit? Or at least when are you thinking they will be released???

The Opio effort needs to be incredible. The heiro crew needs this to be a big success. If its not they will fade away that much more. 11th hour did not cut it :(
I want my 90's heiro back.

I hear you dude, and I completely agree. Although I think the 90s Hiero sound is gone, I just want the hunger back, not some lazy ass rhymes and weak beats. Luckily the new Opio joints on youtube sound dope. And you know the new Souls of Mischief is being produced by Prince Paul right? Should be sick.

90's Hiero sound will never be back. It's done, and over. Evolution in musical style is inevitable.... that's just how it goes. The whole crew has definately grown and progressed, like it or not. 93 'Til Infinity, and NNFA are two of my favorite albums of all time, no doubt. FUll Circle, Smash Rockwell, My Last Good Deed etc... are on such a higher caliber that you can't even compare. You may not enjoy the sound personally, but they ARE BETTER albums. Better written, better production wise, BETTER all together. The whole crew is at the peak of their career whether anyone likes them or not, it is what it is. I just can't wait to hear what is next. I am waiting for the new Pep Love more than anything.

no way are they better production wise..classic jazz breaks they used in those 93 albums.. I wish hiero did more jazzy beats these days.. ever since the cost of sampling rose..hip hop beats have been severely lacking.. give me a deep bass line and sum horns..and opio str8 rippin over that shit..
