Whats with the bonus cuts scenario? itunes has the album with no slamdunk but a random bonus that I never heard of. It states album only.
Amazon also is missing slam dunk but claims true endeavors"album only".
Neither allow you to download the single song.
Waiting 8 yrs for this album was tough but if I have to buy the album like 4 times just to get it all would make me really mad.
Anyone know whats up?

I'm not sure what the "various means of purchase" means though. "Drop It Lower" and "Full Throttle" are the bonus songs you get when you digitally download the album, so maybe you can get "True Endevours" and "Take It To The Max" off another album in the future. Unless "True Endevours" and "Take It To The Max" were renamed "Drop It Lower" and "Full Throttle".
