i think pep love is one of the most under-rated emcees of all time

Why is he underrated though?

I think he gets his props, and i think just about anyone on this board, or anyone involved in "underground"<---)that term is so gay) HipHop music for that matter, would agree that he is fresh.

Pep Love is tight but I wouldn't call him underrated. I read in an article where PSC actually said he could become a member of Livin Legends if he wanted to. My favorite ish from him is "Trinity Lost" from the Battle Axe Compilation, and his solo song from the hiero album where his last line is: "BLESSED AND MY DESTINY RESTS IN EACH - SYLABLE, AND THE PARTICULAR WAY IT DRESS THE BEAT." -- TIGHT! --

Hmm... i gotta say my favorite Pep Love joint is the one he did w/Grouch on Acension..... or Living is Beautiful... and of course all his freshness on 3rd Eye.....

His cadence is some of the dopist. And his infelctions... the way he just speaks clean like WHAT. I'd like to hear him and J-Live on a cut together.......
