First, the Musab podcast is done. It will be posted shortly (next few weeks), once the Knobody edition gets out there some more.

Second, I hope that those of you who consider yourself "true" hiero heads actually give Knobody a chance. He's on tour with Del and Plee right now and I got to meet him and see him perform live last week here in NYC. Dude is a genuine guy with genuine skills. His live mic control is on par with the older members of Hiero and he's an energetic performer.

It's a big deal that he has been signed to Hiero- this is the new generation for the crew. Everyone in Hiero had a say in putting his album out, so they all obviously like his music. For me his album was a grower- it took a bunch of listens to get really into it. I wasn't feeling it that much at first, but now I think it's a great album.

If you care about Hiero and them being able to release albums in the future, then you need to get out there and support them. Buy their albums, go see their shows, spread the word.

Next year should be a banner year for the label. If all goes well, you can expect new albums from Souls, Hiero, Pep, and Casual. Now that's something to look forward to. So in the meantime, show your support!

I am definately willing to check out the new acts that Hiero is releasing on the Imperium label. I know that I grew to really like Z-Man and Encore quite a bit and probably never would have heard of them if it wasn't for Hiero. OC is pretty damn good as well.

I have been following Hiero since 1992 and I must say, that they have come a long way in this world and as much as I love the hell out of their music I am SURPISED AS F#CK that they are still around when they take this long to release albums. It is definately more likely that pink elephants will fly the hell out of my ass than Hiero will release all of those albums next year.

I will buy all of them the day they come out if they do though...;)

Musab & Knobody IS their own stuff. They are Hiero albums. Do you think they chose to release these albums for shits and giggles? These albums have come out because all members of Hiero signed off on them. I guess that's not good enough for some "fans".

I think what he meant by that was release their own material... as in Souls, Pep, Del, & Casual material not groups that they have signed to their label.

I do think that it is just as important for Hiero to build a roster for their label though to make it strong and keep it going for years to come. Very wise buisiness descision for the crew I must say. It will definately help to promote the label and in turn promote the musicians signed to it. It's a win win situation as far as I can tell.

triangulation..good album.. masterpiece collection of tracks i already have plus a few 90 second "new tracks" projecto didnt like that much..not interested in at all.. sleeping giant..nothin new again... power movement okay but not great beats..power movement remix album not that great.. nuntype not interested.. superstars.. that shits 7 years old and wasnt released initially because tajai didnt think it wasnt high enough quality..it tells.. last good deed..havent made a judgement on this yet..pleemix..nothin new.. compound 7 //..nice beats.. the dealers..still waiting.. assessment of the last 7 years.. the solo albums are okay..but nothin beats a souls of mischief album.. the 4 emcees on a track..man they are the best hip hop group..cant be touched..so im gonna keep waiting into 08 for the new 1..
