"Radiohead will release their sixth album 'Hail To The Thief' on Parlophone on June 9."
I heard "there there.." its pretty good.... and well although i liked KID A
and thought Amnesiac was not up to par... im kinda skeptical since they are working with the same producer... i guess im just partial towards OK COMP. but i hear that they are including a wider variety of instruments.... acordian... trumpets.... and a bigger guitar sound... could be interesting.... im still excited tho....
just remember Nigel Godrich was the same guy who worked with them also on OK computer....the last two albums were their 'do what ever it is we want for the sake of doing it' albums, and although Nigel had a hand in it, it's not entirely his doing..
i mean look how nice he made Beck's new album..in my opinion anyway
this new one, while may not live up to their 'guitar' days, i think will reaffirm their skills as musicians and also a band that writes good songs...more guitar, less electronic stuff

I feel pretty much the same way, but from what I understand Amnesiac was basically the left overs that didn't make Kid A, so it kind of makes sense.
I got an EP by these hip hop-ish downtempo dudes Ammon Contact a few weeks ago and that ish is sooooo nice...

Yo. Those cats are DOPE no doubt. I was just recently put on to them as well. Is the EP called "Beats from Bina's House"?
Ipatch- Have you heard St. German? If not, you should email me.... i'll hit you with a burn. I think you'd feel this. I know they have some readily available singles on Blue Note (the best label ever, in my opinion) But apparently the album is kind of hard to find..... lemme know.
