Hiero has come out with a plethora of quality albums and hopefully many more are on the horizon, but what is your guy's favorite album of all time from the Hiero crew?
I would have to say Del's "Future Development" album, which is also one of my favorite albums of all time. Close second is "Third Eye Vision", my favorite group album of all time.

Triangulation Station or 93 'Til Infinity. 3rd Eye Vision/ Both Sides of the Brain are classic too.

ASCENSION by Pep Love is amazing I think. 3rd Eye Vision of course is epic.

Del's "both sides of the brain" for its originality also up there.

Harder than the artist one! damn...

I like Full Circle, and Both Sides of the Brain the most. Probably Triangulation Station, Ascension, and 3rd Eye Vision after that.

man i know this one wasnt an actual hiero release and it was only a EP, but 'projecto 2501' (tajai & supreme ex) was such a perfect album

3rd Eye Vision, 2 for 15, Like It Should Be, Future Development, Fear Itself, Ascension, '93 Til Infinity,Focus, Triangulation Station, both Oldies and the B-Sides tape! I look forward to the new Souls, Del, A-Plus, Phesto and Pep Love album! Hiero 4ever!

Extra Prolific- 2 for 15 (1996). It was released as a tape i think. I've got it but the sound-quality isn't the best... If anybody knows who are the producers of the 12 tracks, please share with me!

3rd Eye Vision...not only is it a great album track for track, but also for the sole reason being that it was the first crew album, everyone had a song, it was their return to the scene and it was milestone for paving the way for hiphop/underground hiphop websites. Get a website, tour, finance, market and sell your own product with full creative freedom from the industry. The rest is history...

but No Need for Alarm and '93 til Infinity will always be tops 2 b sher.

I wish my brother george was here.

My reasoning is that this was the first time a more "abstract or underground" artist worked with cats like the bomb squad (public enemy, etc.) and the combination of funk type beats (which most underground cats would not have used at the time) and ill impressive lyrics were a deadly combo. I read once that del thought the beats were too much of that funk almost gangsta style but thats what made the album ill to me. It was an unlikely combo. I put alot of people on to that when it first came out. It was one of those spur of the moment purchases, didnt know anything about del at the time and was very pleased with my buy. no need for alarm was great and 93 till infinity as well.

HIERO OLDIES AND BSIDES are the real number 1 and 2, but since they aint albums:

on that top 10...should Deltron really count as Hiero? Great album, but it really wasn't just Del, or Hiero for that matter, its a project all on its own away from Hiero. That top 10 is missing Fear Itself, I'd put that over Smash Rockwell.

3rd Eye Vision is my favourite. Fear Itself also gets special mention for me because it was the first full Hiero album I ever copped.
