i don't remember both, only the 'max power' one. wasn't that one from last year's season, or at least pretty recent? it was hilarious. those writers pull some crazy shit out the bag at times. i like how this episode is a parody on the idea of life imitating art, ie. homer thinking he was a cool, sophisticated cop only to realize that he is who he is and he can't change that. does anybody have one of those dvd seasons? how many do they have? are they any good? the old ones kinda suck. peaces.

I have season one and two on DVD.... they're both great. What do you mean the old ones suck? They used to glorify way more alchoholism and child abuse in the old ones, all though the new Homer is the shit.

I think they release them every 3 or so months. Better ask the pro (JaneLLe)

"In a live chat on Home Theater Forum, Peter Staddon of 20th Century Fox said that they expect to get The Complete Third Season DVD boxed set out in May 2003.

"The issue with The Simpsons is that there are so many people who are involved with the DVD, and they are all incredibly busy working on the show for the network which has to take priority," Staddon explained. not sure how often the seasons come out on dvd, but i thought it was one every year and someone else told me 9 months. but i read that they are gonna release them more often soon enough.
