I SERIOUSLY doubt that (I dont doubt that Dre said that, I just doubt that its gonna be as good as The Chronic). But I'll check it out and see for myself. I'm still waiting to hear Rakims album which Dre rejected all of Primo's beats for.

I'll be happy if he gets rid of ja rule and the whole fake ass murder inc label.. what's up w/dre rejecting primo beats? he must be going for some strict overall sound for the album.. cuz i seriously doubt primo would give wack beats to rakim of all people.. i would prefer a all primo/rakim album than a dre/rakim album personally, but that's just me..

Primo's joints probably sounded out of place on the crossover pop synth-fest that Dre's got planned for the God.

Dre says every album he putsout is gonna be as good as chronic. all his albums are dope as fuck though. he also says hesgonna put this out and that out. ive beenwaiting for that Rakim album for about two years now since i heard it. most shit is talk. i want to peep the 50cent album for sure. just when is it gonna drop? lots of talking in the mainstream, very little quality product. hopefully we can hear some new shit thats tight. peace.

I read a interview w/gangstar and the guy brings up the rejections and primo was like yeah he did reject em.. but they are still gonna get together (rakim and primo) seperately and do somet shit i think..

My friend got an advance copy of 8 or 9 of the tracks from the 50 Cent LP, and for all the hype, it sounds just like everything else on the charts. I don't think dude's anything special, and the production was all club garbage. I will give props for jacking the bass groove from "The Bubble Bunch" though...

Word to evs, Dre talks out of his ass like that everytime he's working on something. He's a straight up businessman, plain and simple. I also heard the album wasn't quite done yet, so don't hold your breath for it drop on 2/11...
