I remember he was telling me like his first day on the job they went to some water park and it was him and his co-worker who was training him and I guess one of the kids cussed and he said that they hella pushed him up against the wall like holding his neck or some shit and were hella yelling at him, using cuss word I might add. i worked with some retarded kids my first week.. they do get pretty wild, but that's not my style of doing things. it's a long, slow (no pun intended) process which requires patience.. you cannot take shit from them, but at the same time, know what situations require coersive action.. and how much coersive force to apply when doing so.

the job contract lasted for 3 months and when it was over, i vowed to never again to work a job like that...even if it pays good money. i remember one time they "corporate rally". funniest shit i've ever seen! remember those high school assemblys to rally up school spirit? well take that and multiply it times 10. they had these folks doing karaoke dancing like fish out of water in the name of company spirit! yay bitches.
