where in seattle you at manute? my brother lives on (i think) NW 81st st. I think its in northpark? or greenpark? or lakepark? or greenlake? i forget but its something like that.

haha, you got it... green lake is definitely a neighborhood up here.... 81st sounds more like it would be greenwood though.... which is still pretty damn close to green lake.... i live in belltown, which is basically the first neighborhood north of downtown.... i live right next to the space needle...

show was dope, opio and zion i ripped it... some broke opening acts, and it took long to get it started.... had to bounce b/c the girlie drove.. good fuckin time... picked up the new opio, that amp live disc, and the blue scholars album, dude was out front......

Zion was just in the Bay, I think. End of April.. The tour has now moved on and I don't think they'll be back here for a while.

Fuck, completely spaced on this show...fucking ass, I would have gone too. Fuck.

But did you just pick up the Blue Scholars album now?!?! Man, this album was one of the best of 2004, and thats including everything. I loved this CD.

Speaking of whcih, go to the asian resource center next saturday (21st) for Blue Scholars. 9 PM show and its free.

yo jvini, i got a flyer last night for the blue scholars rerelease album party schabang... one be lo is gonna be there... 8 bucks... can't beat that shit.... june 14th.... chop suey

yea tho, i hadn't heard that blue scholars.... it was nice to pick it up for 5 bucks.... one word to describe it would be: refreshing.... its nice to hear some good local hiphop.... i really dig that album.... big up blue scholars.....

And yeah, the album is sick as fuck, I thought it was pretty good at first, but its a great album the more I listen to it. Sabzi (the DJ) lays down some great beats for this, dude has a lot of talent.
