I've been staying low-key lately just trying to pump out some dope beats and I've gotten a couple that are ready but there's been one that a lot of people have been diggin' so I was wondering if I could get some feedback from all you fellow producers here on the Access forums. Check it out and let me know.

These beats are ok. They're a little choppy and dont sound finished at all. A little boring but not bad. You have room for improvement. I dont like the drums. Sounds like you know what you're doing though. How long have you been making beats? What equipment do you use?

good looking out, these beats were constructed in about 30-45 mins.
i know they are no where near finished.
choppy! that's what i'm going for, I enjoy a bouncy track....
Rather then having smooth flowing melodies i like the bounce, jazzy but with an edge. I don't know I like beats to sound hard. you know what i mean.
sonar 2.2 (sonar 4 is off the hook) roland mc-505 groove box, technics 1200, oxygen 8, reason, and fruity loops....yeah yeah i know

the beat is pretty up tempo, but for some reason, those horns sound like they'd do better on a sad-song type thing. I like it tho, its definately well-made.

Well the original song I sampled it from is kind of a mellow somber type of instrumental/soul song.
