It depends... if they drop shit in one take and show some skills, hell yeah. But I can't help but get the impression that some of those dudes don't even spin, or they're fuckin with digital shit (same difference), in which case they're many notches below corny raver DJs who can at least blend.
Just because you got famous friends to give you exclusives doesn't mean you're an ill DJ by any means. I can't remember the last time I listened to a mix CD that wasn't my own though. I've seen some wack joints by fools in my neck of the woods that are like only 18 radio-rap tracks, pretty much unmixed. Those shits resemble Now! compilations more than mix CDs...

nah, not so much. A few jams here and there for sure, and I'm down with YB, but I'm not huge into G-unit.
