It's been a loooooong time since I've seen this video but where are these iced out "orientals" (get out of the past dude, orientals?)

iced out is an exaggeration, used too describe more of their wigged out mindstate and unethnic ebonics, more than anything (98 was the year of that shit...all else assisted in the domino effect, IE-these fools I speak of)... they can be found somewhere in the middle of the tape (watch for yourself)? Also, that shit was filmed in 1996 and released in 2000, whether or not they got footage of Arata in Japan or the bay area is totally irrelevent...point being...without an interview, conversation, or live performance of arata, yet hella lengthly interludes with these other "asians" (i seem to have caused an uproar, my sincerest apologies) , i conclude that arata was not put in the spotlight like he should have been. I take back my bitchmade choice of word "ignored," because its very possible arata wanted this....though why wouldn't an emcee want exposure? ...on his boy's independent film no less.

For the record, "oriental" refers to OBJECTS and is still acceptable in that context. If you don't know their more specific ethnicity, "Asian" is the appropriate term for people.

Call it semantics or pc bullshit if you want, but the fact remains that mis-using the term "oriental" seriously offends a lot of people. You're best off just eliminating it from your vocabulary altogether.
