I think Kanye has a dope style, true some of is shit is a bit too much but he pulls it off. I think he does the whole flipped up collar thing because it's pretty big in Europe, so he might be trying to bring it over here. Or he could just be trying to bring that shit back from the 80's

comes down to taste and thats all. personally i don't care for the majority of his beats and especially can't stand his lyrics. however that track he did for dilated peoples on their last album i think it was called "this way" was the only beat i have heard of his that i thought was real dope, other than that nothing else got my attention.

also anyone else think that someone who talks about jesus and god so much would be a bit more humble?

one more thing, hip hop producers had used sped up vocal samples way before kayne ever even made a beat, so please quit saying he was the first to do it.
